Privacy policy

What personal information AGR collects through this website and while making your records, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Who we are

AGR Manufacturing Ltd (AGR, we, us) is responsible for the personal information described on this page. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 04136065, and our office is at The Old Exchange, Mill Lane, Great Dunmow, Dunmow CM6 1BG.

For anything about your information, email info@agrm.co.uk or call 01371 859393.

What we collect

  • When you use our contact form: your name, your label or artist name, your email address, your message and the page you sent it from.
  • When you email or call us: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
  • When you place an order: contact, billing and delivery details, the details of your project, and the artwork and audio you send us for production.
  • When you browse this website: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device, which our hosting and security providers use to deliver the site and keep it safe.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and on taking steps you have asked for before a contract.
  • To make and deliver your order. We rely on our contract with you.
  • To keep accounting and tax records. We rely on our legal obligations.
  • To keep this website secure and stop spam. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a safe website.

We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

  • Webflow, which hosts this website and receives contact form messages.
  • Cloudflare, which helps deliver the site and runs the check that keeps spam out of our contact form.
  • The pressing plants, printers and couriers who make and deliver your order, some of them elsewhere in Europe.
  • Our email and IT providers, our accountants and our professional advisers.
  • Adobe and Google, which supply the fonts this site uses, and the code libraries jsDelivr, unpkg and cdnjs. Your browser loads files from them directly, so they receive your IP address.
  • Public authorities, where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers are based in the European Union or the United States. When your information leaves the UK, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by the UK's approved data transfer agreements.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and we delete enquiries that go no further within two years. Customer and order records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, because tax law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie it sets is _cfuvid, from Cloudflare, which is needed to deliver the site securely and is deleted when you close your browser. If we add anything else, we will update this page first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it. Email info@agrm.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
